What you receive

A signed PDF report of twelve to eighteen pages. Sections: Scope, Method, Findings by Dimension with cited evidence, Procedural Audit against Cabinet Resolution 1 of 2022, Roster Reconstruction Summary, Limitations, and the signing psychologist's statement. Every evidence excerpt is a verbatim quote from your supplied files with a file and row reference.

What this is not

• Not a settlement tool. We do not write toward an outcome.
• Not a generic HR audit. The unit of analysis is one named nurse and one incident.
• Not a legal opinion. The signing psychologist's chartered status is what gives the document evidentiary weight.
• Not regenerated after signing. Corrections require a new case referencing the prior report.

Scope boundaries

• One nurse per case.
• One incident per case.
• Ninety day window preceding the incident date. Not configurable.
• Required inputs: roster, attendance log, incident timeline, grievance text, applicable policy and contract excerpts.

The signing psychologist

Every report is reviewed and signed by a BPS Chartered Registered Occupational Psychologist before release. That signature is what differentiates a Roster Forensics report from internal opinion. The psychologist reviews the four pass analysis, edits the narrative where warranted, attaches their statement, and locks the PDF. Once locked it cannot be regenerated.

Credentials and registration number appear on the signature page of every report.

Engagement

Roster Forensics is a one off engagement. AED 8,000 flat. Turnaround seven working days from intake completion. We accept the engagement only if you commit on the intake form to disclosing the full signed report to the grievance panel if it requests it.
